Shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. While we do our best to ensure that your order arrives within the projected time frame, certain factors beyond our control—such as customs procedures, carrier delays, or seasonal peaks over the festive periods, can cause unexpected delays.

 

Please note that we only dispatch orders between Monday and Friday, excluding bank holidays. Any orders made over the weekend, are dispatched on the following Monday. We are unable to amend any orders after they have been dispatched.
